As Systems Engineer, lead the expansive Indian Ocean Tracking Station Paper Cleanup Project for the Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN). Developed a comprehensive search program to identify all applicable configuration drawings, thereby identifying over 12,000 more items than other systems had previously located. All drawings were reviewed in Autocad and recommended modifications were redlined on paper copies per configuration management directive. Researched and wrote the Range Segment performance specifications for the AFSCN. Wrote Change Notices (SCNs) and Engineering Order's for AFSCN specifications and drawings. Managed the Camp Parks Communications Annex (CPCA) Action Item Database and provided any engineering assistance to Range Segment as required.
