Balanced suspense accounts used by Benefit Payments Department on a monthly basis to the General Ledger communicating with the Corporate Office -Reconciled, reported and deposited taxes withheld from annuity and lump sum payments while ensuring the accuracy of client tax forms -Researched benefit and deduction data on pension disbursement system to verify tax reporting information -Performed quality review of incoming checks and wires by morning deadline while maintaining 99% accuracy rate in detecting and resolving processing errors
