Daily Duties at Ameriquest Mortgage:
? Monitor and process incoming faxes from customers that are providing information for a completed application. ? Receive and review borrower documents via fax and mail. ? Locate corresponding document requirements in docs pending queue in the system. ? Scan all documents into tracking system, placing barcodes on all received and scanned documents. ? Ensure that all fax machines are working and that the customer has a seamless process sending in documents. ? Perform other clerical duties as needed.
