Daily Duties at Pario:

Event planning of meetings, conventions, banquets, recruitment occasions, fund raisers, golf outings, black-tie affairs, personalized catering services, speaker seminars, and group excursions Develop marketing campaigns from brainstorming to post-campaign analysis in core creative team for government, healthcare and corporate clients Organize traditional and new media projects and lead special projects on award-winning interactive communications, marketing and learning materials Manage vendor and client relations for government and healthcare industry clients Write and proof read: press releases, white papers, promotional materials, presentations, creative concepts and brochure designs for internal use as well as for clients Facilitate print/media buying with vendors and clients while managing large budgets Create schedules and ensure deadlines are met for advertising campaigns Coordinate convention/tradeshow materials with vendors and travel to events to guarantee successful implementation Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently
