Daily Duties at St.Joe:
o Field incoming and outgoing calls from homeowners o Meet with homeowners in the Warranty Service office o Answering homeowner’s questions o Communicating with trade partners and technicians regarding work orders. o Schedule appointments with homeowners for inspections and repairs. o Schedule inspections and warranty work of the Warranty Services Technicians. Assistant Builder o Assist Builder with the overseeing of Construction process of single family residence. o Assist Builder with Conduct Quality Assurance Inspections during construction process. o Assist Builder with setting up meetings with homeowners, i.e. Pre-Construction, Pre –Drywall, First and second walk thru. o Assist Builder with conducted all final Quality Assurance Inspections on all homes built by other builders.
