Consulted a professional Engineer, Procure, and Construct team specializing in cogeneration projects, energy use enhancement and turnkey repair, and overhaul of steam turbines in a diversified industrial manufacturing company. Coordinated all aspects of projects including client relations, contract budgeting and vendor commitments developed by project team. Led site project team to carry out construction. Developed and maintained schedules for work, including detailed scopes and maintained/improved project budget.
