Daily Duties at Allstate Insurance:

Administer and deliver education sessions in order to meet company objectives. Education is delivered through a variety of methods including instructor-led classroom, instructor-led web based, large group and individual instruction. Education is delivered to licensed agents, licensed producers, unlicensed staff and employees. Topics instructed include: personal lines insurance product knowledge, life insurance product knowledge, Allstate proprietary software applications, Microsoft Office products, sales skills, suggested agency processes and company billing processes. Create and review training programs in order to ensure effective course materials. Consult with new exclusive agencies to ensure successful office opening to maximize agency bonus opportunity. Support team through staff education, suggested process implementation and post education support. Partner with agencies and management to design and implement successful training that improves agency performance and customer satisfaction
