Responsible for 5 departments made-up of 90 associates improving operations in production of medium voltage circuit breakers, distribution breakers, frames, sub-structures, vacuum interrupters, and medium and low voltage repair parts with a total sales value of $50 million annually. Built medium voltage switchgear components to serve internal and external customers. Developed department leaders to achieve operating goals. Delivered to Plant Manager improvements in Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Variable Cost Productivity. Worked with Marketing, Order Management, Engineering, and Technology departments to continue market share growth.
