Developed production teams to improve operations in processing and packaging environments in world's largest snack-food plant. Facilitated multiple business units with over 24 members each; coach and guide team members to problem solving action plans. Ensured key performance measures were met in the areas of People, Quality, Service, and Cost. Instructed Continuous Improvement Course to team members, including the first in plant of 9 processing teams so instructed. Handled annual operating budget and quality planning for two business unit cycles, including capital project management.
