Daily Duties at Saia Motor Frieght:
Recruited to serve as the only point of contact for Technical and Training issues for 125 user Corporate Headquarters. Includes support for Terminals in other Southeastern States. Key Contributions: - Facilitated successful build out of Call Center phone recording system. Included heavy MDF/IDF work. - Performed daily backups of IBM AS400, IBM File Servers and FileNet Servers. - Daily support for Desktop, Laptop and Blackberry wireless Technologies. - Provided major upgrade of In House Call Center(s) to P4 hardware and Windows XP. - Reduced support calls by approximately 25 tickets per month through Training of co-workers and Power Users on Corporate email system. Included other MS Office Packages. - Assisted in troubleshooting Corporate Network outages/issues. - Provide daily Support and training for National Help Desk members. - Work closely with Vendors for Company hardware/software needs. Provided Training for Vendors. - Coordinated with other Operations Centers and Terminals for migration to Active Directory and DHCP.
