Manager, Information Delivery - Developed, designed, and managed the overall Information Delivery Strategy and the tactical implementation of that strategy - Overall responsibility for web based Information Delivery to all RLI personnel, M$3 budget, and the daily direction of a group of 15 (internal and external) - Managed a series of successful BIS / RLI business process information system project initiatives including Business Planning Process Redesign, NorthStar (Business Planning Process), SENTINEL (Sample Reconciliation), Sales Force Realignments, AIM (Analytical Intelligence Manager), and EIS (Everyone’s Information System) - Received Special Recognition Awards for the following: SENTINEL (Sample Reconciliation System), PC3 Expansion (Sales Force Expansion), and Cardiovascular Sales Force Implementation
