Director, Channel Data Management / Trade and Retail Systems Held several positions including: Director, Channel Data Management; Director, Trade and Retail Systems; Manager, Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management; Team Leader, Process Integration Management; Head, Global Country Program - Provided direct hands-on support of the Trade Operations group systems in support of the business processes surrounding the Trade Inventory Management and Control functional area which manages B$12 in annual sales - Led the planning, strategy development, and prioritization of software configurations and development efforts as well as hardware requirements in support of the business requirements which included a budget of M$2.5 and a team of 20+ (internal and external) - Created and implemented the support model for the Trade Operations group and led the service delivery in support of the model
