Daily Duties at Inner Wireless:
Responsible for managing start up and ongoing activities of Contract Manufacturers engaged in assembly of RFID equipment used in Healthcare facilities to track location of high dollar capital equipment. • Established Performance Metrics to track supplier performance ensuring availability of finished goods for North American market. • Managed the ECN and Initial Document Release processes for RFID products ensuring proper implementation of Engineering Changes and resulting in average first pass acceptance levels of 98% for all assembles at final test.
