Daily Duties at Corporate Sports Unlimited :
• Schedule Client appointments • Answer all member questions and solve member problems with minimal supervision • Process personal training payroll • Maintain and manage inventory levels • Promote fitness activities and contest • Organize and file paperwork; maintain accurate and up-to-date computer records. • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff in order to ensure the highest level of customer service • Completed customer service training seminars every year
