SAFETY MANAGER Develop and implement safety program for Memphis facility. Develop and maintain The Plant Safety Manual used by all personnel. Participated in OSHA inspection beginning conference, walk through and closing conference. Assisted general manager in answering OSHA letter and charges resulting in dropping of all assessed fines. Served as company representative, working with insurance company loss prevention representative. Organize, plan and conduct employee safety training meetings.
