Daily Duties at Ingram Micro :
ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS MANAGER II: Responsible for over all administrative functions including A/P reconciliation, G/L reconciliation, maintenance of general ledgers, purchasing, development of supply vendors base, cost control, budget administration, interaction with Corporate on accounting discrepancies, initiation of national supply contracts, and expense justifications. In house ISO auditor and member of QSSC. Supervision of 1 associate in will call pick up area, 2 associates in the Payroll/Time clock area, 3 training administrative support associates, 3 accounts payable associates, 1 general administrative associate, as well as contractors for basic facility maintenance, dining services and grounds maintenance. SLOTTING/REPLENISHMENT MANAGER II: Implemented slotting and replenishment team to improve product handling efficiency and promote more efficient order processing. Responsibilities include Supervision of a team leader and 25 associates. Control of inventory movement and management of movement team members. Development of reports and reporting processes, to effectively place product in the warehouse for minimum handling and most efficient order processing. ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS MANAGER: Responsible for over all administrative functions including A/P reconciliation, G/L reconciliation, maintenance of general ledgers, purchasing, development of supply vendors base, cost control, budget administration, interaction with corporate on accounting discrepancies, initiation of national supply contracts, and expense justifications. Supervision of 11 Janitorial associates, supervision of a team leader and seven Associates in the RMA/Returns area, 1 associate in will call pick up area, Payroll/Time clock area, Receptionist visitor area, AP area, as well as all Contractors for basic facility maintenance, and general maintenance of the facility and grounds. Internal auditor and assistance in establishing DC certification for ISO 9002. Any other Administrative functions deemed necessary by local needs.
