Audit Car loans by preparing loan packages and reviewing all necessary documentations for funding. Communicating with Dealers and Credit Unions on regular bases. Responsible for over 100 car dealerships making sure their deals are funded and booked in a timely matter. Input daily numbers in a large spreadsheet for loans that are funded that day, and the total amounts that are paid to dealers. Wire payments to dealers accounts Call on Chargeback’s for several Credit Unions for loans that were paid within 120 days or were over paid by the Credit Unions. Call on Titles for the Credit Union. Help the Loan Processor by keying in credit applications into the system. Trained in Decision Loans. Analysis Credit Reports for decisions Process Decline Adverse Letters and mail them out. Insurance Specialist III Placed Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) on members who have not shown proof of insurance. Reviewed Agreement to Provide Insurance Forms (ATP). Canceled Insurance when proof was provided. Returned money back to member’s accounts. Answered in-bound calls regarding Collateral Insurance Policies. Trained new employees.
