Daily Duties at Crawford And Company:
Responsible for coaching and communicating premier customer service and new account information to employees. Responsible for creating policies and practices for the 80 seat call center. I monitored employees calls for consistency. Also, I hired and terminated employees due to not meeting expections. I completed all types of claims documentation. I was a functional Unit Manager who knew how to manage and complete the agents daily tasks.
