Daily Duties at Cisco Systems (Contract) :

Pre work for the responsibility for the implementing or Oracle Human Resource Management System, which will include HRMS, (compensation work bench, absence management, etc), Time and Labor, Self Service HR. Client is implementing Oracle to replace a “PeopleSoft “environment. This is a global implementation in 42 countries. Building up the HR IT Organization to fit the Oracle model. Creating new procedures and policy to mess with the new Oracle HRMS System which is not currently today integrated with Oracle financials. Reengineering HR processes “recruit to retire” and setting up methodology.
