Fraud Resource Manager: Responsible for a department Payroll, Vacation Schedule/Time Off and Disability claims Maintained and tracked Department Attendance Department Liaison for telephony needs and all call routing issues Department Administrator for the AVAYA phone system Forecasting of call volume designing and maintaining ACD Department Schedules Interview, hire/fire Conduct periodic Sarbanes Oxley system compliance Fraud Operations Manager/Supervisor: Supported department area manager in the day to day operations of the call center First line of support for customer escalations Monitored and provided feedback of representative calls Monthly productivity/quality checks Daily attendance and schedule adherence FSLA compliance Held monthly one on ones and team meetings Prepare and conduct employee bi-annual/annual reviews Daily monitoring and weekly approval of team payroll Department Liaison for telephony needs and call routing. Interview, hire/fire Conduct periodic Sarbanes Oxley system compliance
