Daily Duties at Concast Cable:
§ Dispatched, via CSG/ACSR to service technicians, installers, and other technical persons to remedy service problems and assigned work orders. Operated CSG/ACSR to review customer account information and imputed appropriate data regarding reschedule dates, service changes and completion/trouble call information. Statused each job dispatched to the field. Contacted customers to verify schedule date and time as necessary with appropriate trouble-shooting.
