§ Customer Service- answered calls from the Cisco Agent queue, entered new service tickets into Bosanova and Timberline systems, sold contracts to customers, delt with complaints and issues, confirmed appointments, filed completed service tickets§ Service Billing- confirmed tickets were coded correctly in the Timberline system (warranties, COD, or contract), invoiced all completed service tickets daily, mailed invoices to customers, updated the aging spreadsheet daily, called customers to collect all past due amounts over 30 days, set up new accounts and created account numbers, entered and invoiced contracts and warranties§ Dispatch- set up and printed run list daily, dispatched technicians, tracked times on site, collected credit card payment from customers over the phone, ordered necessary parts.
