Daily Duties at Horizon Bay:
· Responsible for 11 multiple units located in the Colorado, California and Arizona areas. · Direct Management responsibility for the food and dining service director and Executive Chefs at all units · Overall Profit and Loss responsibility for all locations · Preformed monthly training seminars on cooking and sanitation procedures
