Daily Duties at Linear Logic:

? Managed, recruited, and trained a national sales force; establish sales verticals, territories, and sales goals. Responsible for the management of an 11 person national sales/pre-sales group. Met and exceeded quarterly goals for Q3-06 (106%), Q4-06 (104%), Q1-07 (124%). Position reports to the COO & President. ? Strong business development, technical presentation skills, and the ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and business proposals. ? Responsible for new business development, channel sales, and management of sales and customer service staff. Formulate sales reports, prepare budgets, and establish sales unit and revenue goals for sales representatives. ? Produced new revenue stream by developing a channel sales program which included fulfillment, distributors, and retail organizations. Managed all channel sales, developed referral and compensation plan for partners. Creates sales spiffs in order to drive channel sales. Performed all sales presentations and trainings for channel partners. ? Responsible for setting sales strategies and creating an expansive marketing program encompassing search engine optimization (SEO), banner ads, email marketing, and partner programs. ? Instrumental in acquisition of media brokerage firm, printing, and video production companies which has lead to a 58% increase in overall sales. ? Reduced product turn time through the acquisition and management of an ERP software implementation (Epicor Vista) to help manage our make-to-order media manufacturing. ? Maintained 4 consecutive quarters of record production and revenue growth.
