Troubleshoot moderate to complex hardware and software problems Prepare supporting system documentation and assist in the development of user documentation. Install and coordinate installation and repair of hardware and software products. Perform security maintenance and Administer Network accounts Assists in the evaluation and implementation of application tools and enhancements Assists in the design and scripting of the IT Customer Support procedures Asset Management and Tracking Handle and resolve escalated issues Problem ticket management, reporting, and analysis Handle and resolve escalated issues Monitor issues to identify trends and communicate trends to business partners where and when appropriate Setting schedules for team members Work with upper management on developing new ideas, methods, and policies Knowledge in troubleshooting, printers, servers, pc?s, laptops, network equipment, PDA's, Blackberry, and various software applications.
