Daily Duties at Oracle:

• Develop Product Strategy based on market indicators and manage product development activities to the strategy • Develop product LCM Processes for deployment for various CRM products for efficient deployment and cost savings • Align Business Goals with the IT Strategy and market such to both internal and external customers • Assist TAM and Other Customer facing departments in resolving customer issues and improving Customer Relationships • Develop OnDemand product line policies and procedures for management of IT Operations • Analyze existing process gaps and recommend process improvements for standard operating procedures, upgrade, and data replication • Responsible for Client Relationship Management of CRM Product line with third party Vendors for product development • Managed the Vendor Relationship with IBM, HP, SUN, Microsoft, Mainsoft and others for various Oracle product lines for Hardware and Software issues • Developed Budget/Cost and Resource plans for application development, data center operations and etc.
