Led the business service functions in support of the University’s academic mission. Planned and directed the expansion and construction of food services and bookstore operations, influenced the selection and implementation of ERP and campus identification systems, negotiated University wide contracts, directed shipping & receiving, purchasing, children’s center, campus ID office, food services, bookstore, litigation management and settlement negotiations, expanded risk management and environmental health & safety functions, established and presented policies and training programs in risk management, safety, compliance, purchasing, and financial processes.
