Daily Duties at Source Access, Inc.:
Handle all aspects of Human Resources. This includes, but is not limited to recruitment, interviewing, hiring, benefit administration, terminations, disciplinary action and workers' compensation, new hire orientation, customer service training, and ensure that all state and federal laws are met. Responsible for creating a new Human Resource Department. This included creating / writing a policy / procedure maual, revising the current employee handbook, creating / writing job descriptions, creating / writing departmental training programs and creating a quality assurance program. Reduced turnover from a 2006 high of 100% down to a 2007 year-to-date of 38%.
