Key Areas of Management • Manage executive recruiting logistics and functions for the northeast territory of the U.S. • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly HR needs for large Corporations and firms in the Northeast • Work in a collaborative environment with other experienced and talented management recruiters • Seek new business thru cold calling efforts, secure qualified candidates and fill needs • Work directly with CEO’s and Company Directors to identify HR needs • Prep and teach qualified candidates on interviewing techniques and presentation of skill sets • Team achieved ranking of #1 in volume billed January thru June 2007
