I started out in a temporary position in the Patient Accounting Department and was promoted into a newly created position of Patient Accouting Supervisor. As of the day I resigned the position still did not have a job description. I supervised eighteen staff. We handled customer inquiries and compliants concerning their hospitals accounts.
