Daily Duties at Oglethorpe Power Corporation:
1st-level Help Desk analyst for Intellisource Services Solutions (Oglethorpe Power Corporation). Call routing, troubleshooting and problem solving for 500+ users in a Novell Client network running Windows 3.1 and 95. Installed and supported software packages, including Office 97 and Novell Netware Client 32. Supported QMS color and high-speed printers, HP Laser Jet III printers, and IBM 4039 and Optra LX printers. Replaced hard drives and performed backup and copy of data using Ghost Pro.
