Daily Duties at Nortel:

Senior Software Engineer, 2005 - 2006 Held responsible for designing, implementing and verifying patch and current release code on SGSN Passport using C++. Developed functional requirements documents based on feature specifications. Created test plan documents and cases outlining strategy for product verification. Researched problems found during software testing and implemented solutions. Product Test Engineer, 2003 - 2005 Developed and modified UMTS/GPRS test cases using JAVA for product verification of SGSN software, implementing knowledge of various network element interfaces. Composed detailed reports describing software deficiencies found during product verification. Reported test tool and switch problems via Remedy ARS. Identified development issues and prepared detailed failure analysis to enable developers to isolate and correct problems for UMTS/GPRS features.
