Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase:

Bridged the process and procedural gaps between applications development, technical support, and operational areas for application implementation control and support services. Worked on projects varying in scope and dealing with all levels of management as well as non-management positions. Worked with applications development, application customers, Computer Operations and IT management to develop processes for identifying and/or correcting problem situations. Responsible for primary 2nd level support for problems encountered with production processing, including off hours support. Provided production and test environments for the call center to review application implementation support, problem and change management, analysis for performance improvements in procedure or application processing flow, automated scheduling, online report viewing and report distribution, and statistical trends. Managed and oversaw all daily office operations. Directly assisted in helping the director of volunteer activities for the Global Days of Service program for the New York area. Worked with the volunteers to help them pick the appropriate programs to volunteer at, partnered with the non profit organizations to bring new opportunities to JPMorgan Chase. Coordinated all the actitives, including supplies, budgeting, signing volunteers up, and transportation.
