Daily Duties at Cablevision:

Oversaw multiple initiatives that included, developing new product features, improving product delivery processes, and implementing new processes that maximized Optimum Online’s business goals and objectives. Managed the cross-functional development of some new processes and assisted the Director and VP in managing others. Managed the development of new product feature enhancements to the service and worked closely with Engineering, Information Technology, Network Operations, Product Operations, Billing & Collections, Customer Service/Support, Marketing & Advertising, Product Strategy, and Sales to see that the new developments were socialized throughout the organization. Tracked the progress of the department’s initiatives and prepared updated reports for the Director and/or VP, Broadband Development. Established technical functional product and customer experience requirements for new product features. Established criteria for IS (Information Technology) code development & production support, to understand the implications. Understood customer impact to call centers & walk-in centers and incorporated insights into programs. Collaborated on defining and developing customer communications in support of program. Communicated program specifics and concept to assure correct information reached customer contact employees. Partnered on planning & completion of pre-launch activities including Field Communication, Training & Beta Planning / Evaluation and Approvals Organizes, lead cross-functional teams to kick-off new product development and channel development programs, and managed them to success. Guided development and refinement of process flows; established policies and parameters that reflect product management goals.
