Daily Duties at Citigroup:

Assisted with developing strategic vision for leveraging the American Express network in order to contribute significant growth to Citi Cards and provided consumers with an exceptional value proposition. Worked with SBU Acquisitions team, Decision Management, Risk, and Finance to identify and develop new segments, targets, and opportunities to achieve financial objectives. Managed the project time lines for any prioritized projects to ensure a flawless customer experience and timely project implementation to eliminate any additional costs from technology. Handled the project priority list to ensure that project requests were submitted in a timely manor, ensured that project requests were submitted on a timely basis and tracked for any process or product improvements. Ensured that contractual obligations to our Partners were met and satisfied. Continuously worked with our Partners to identify where product or process improvements could be made. Ensured differentiation in marketplace by developing and delivering products that were distinct and premium and versus other Citi cards.
