Daily Duties at The Option Institute:
Completely ran all areas of operations including the Cafeteria, Guest Services, Property, Mail Room, and Purchasing departments. I created in implemented a lower operating budget as well as many various training manuals and emergency protocols. I also single-handedly ran the volunteer department which entailed recruiting, and facilitating groups from eight to forty volunteers to come in from all over the world to donate two months to working full time. I then supervised them while they were there and also completely revamped the program to make it more productive and enjoyable.
