Daily Duties at Tracor (Bae Systems):
Provided support to the Surface Ship ASW Combat Systems Program Office (PMS 411), Financial Management Support Branch. Responsibilities included: preparing and processing Task Instructions and Navy correspondence reports; performing weekly data download exchanges; assisted with PMS411’s accounting system (APS) implementation efforts; tabulated and entered time sheet data using in-house accounting system (AIMS); printed and distributed bi-weekly Planning and Financial Summaries (PFS), running Navy STARS reports. Updated and distributed Field Activity Monitoring System reports and monthly documentation; conducted research and updated bi-weekly appropriations data sheets; updated and distributed budget history and spending plan information, and prepared additional financial summary information as required. Other duties included; coordinating travel plans; as well as updating and maintaining summary files and notebooks for both internal and PMS 411 use. Tracked and expedited documents for concurrence and signature.
