Daily Duties at Galexy Scientific:
Provided and supervised internal administrative support functions for five different divisions - and supervised three administrative assistants and a receptionist. Duties included prepared travel arrangements, updating and maintaining customer related status reports, updating and generating PTO PM/IV & VSS Program reviews. Coordinated phone usage for all new and existing employees; provided and supervised all administrative support for PTO Test Integration support. Generated implement request and orders purchase forms; interfaced with various vendors; coordinated and maintained files on NAVSEA Badges and associated paperwork; issued and tracked Security Key; collected parking fees and issued parking passes to customers.
