Daily Duties at L 3 Communcations:

Provides on-site support to the Distributed Common Ground Station (PMW 120, SPAWAR),. Responsibilities include financial database, quality control knowledge in PC-based automation systems and databases including word processors, spreadsheets, and program presentations. Maintain calendar for Program Manager, Generates and processes correspondence, tracks, updates and coordinates schedules, prepares PEO IWS weekly report, receives and places phone calls and arranges meetings and government travel. In preparation for NMCI implementation – a key high tech initiative for the Navy and Marine Corps – drafted and submitted user profiles for over 24 program office personnel. These user profiles included detailed key requirements to enable seamless technology communications for a highly visible and highly dynamic new start program. Additionally, drafted and finalized a critical Memorandum of Agreement for a key Acquisition Coordination Team (ACT) for the DCGS-N Program. Provided detailed research in identifying key stakeholders in this MOA spanning Assistant Secretary of the Navy office; DOD offices; SYSCOM offices; T&E community; OPNAV, and USAF
