Coordinated the tasks of the administrative offices of the Emergency Department, including, but not limited to general administrative duties. Served as personal executive assistant to the President and CEO of Evergreen; maintained and coordinated his calendars Obtained research data via internet and other resources for various projects. Assisted Emergency Department directors of various hospitals. Integrated resources as the liaison between the parent company in its interface with Evergreen, including, but not limited to supporting various corporate departments. Scheduled “new business” meetings with potential clients. Oriented new providers in the Emergency Department. Served as part of the Emergency Department’s executive team. Proficiently multi-tasked multiple professionals and hospitals’ demands. Took and transcribed department meeting minutes for multiple hospitals. Handled and resolved patient complaints or directed them to the proper resources to solve their issues. Regularly communicated with top executives of the parent company and those of the hospitals contracted with Evergreen.
