Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin/ Affiliated Computer Services :
•Primary tech support person for the Office of the President of New York City Transit Authority, the executive staff and 300+ users. •Analyzed the infrastructure and desktop environment for the New York City Transit Authority Department of Buses and made recommendations for improvements. •Surveyed several train yards for the department of subways. •Converted data from microfiche based system to a LAN based electronic imaging system and the installation of 75 workstations and scanners. •Provided tech support for remote sites in Mid-town and upper Manhattan. •Resolved hard and software conflicts •Installed and troubleshot hardware and software •Analyzed LAN connectivity problems using a LAN meter •Performed LAN administrator functions such as creating user accounts, granting rights to directories and resetting passwords. •Assisted with monitoring the servers (Netware 6.5).
