Daily Duties at Unisys:
•Provides level III support for desktop support software and hardware issues in an Citrix based environment. •Attends weekly change management meeting and coordinates weekly computer move projects. •On call 24 X 7 once a month to provide support for servers in the data center at 55 Water street. •Performs system administrative functions (Creating user accounts / resetting accounts) using server based Windows Active directory. •Configuring network printers using web-based jetadmin. •Imaging workstations using Ghost software. •Resolves workstation issues using Dameware and Windows Remote control. •Updating and closing calls within the allocated service level agreement time frames.
