My responsibilities include answering a multi-telephone line, receiving incoming and outgoing mail, and faxes. Set up appointments, answering client’s questions, and typing up legal documents for the attorney. Checking the law office email account, and respond to any inquiries, and print out all emails that are new. Go to court and post attorney bonds, and set up a court date. Make up all data sheets for possible new clients. Handle all traffic cases that come into the office, and write to the appropriate court for a court date. Then, inform the attorney about the case, and the court date.
