Daily Duties at Dynamic Healthcare Solutions:
•Assist in the implementation of an IBM A/S 400 (hardware) and new application software package for an international manufacturing company. •Evaluate hardware, software, and network configurations then provide alternate solutions. •Meet with users to identify and create data conversion requirements, and establish business process flow procedures for all departments. •Document, prioritize and track system changes. •Establish test environment and quality control measurements for users to test requested enhancements then scheduled and coordinated change control.
