•Manage an IT staff supporting corporate provider systems. •Facilitator for Joint Application Design (JAD) meetings with stakeholders and business colleagues. •Design and develop a global provider application to support a corporate claims processing and client/member enrollment system. This project included the design and construction of an Oracle database, Visual Basic user interface using Tuxedo software as middleware. •Direct resources in planning and prioritization of work assignments. •Identify and resolve production problems with existing applications and databases. •Provide guidance and direction to IT staff.
