Daily Duties at Precision Framing Systems:

• Solely responsible for weekly and semi-monthly payrolls. • Coordinate with Administrative Assistant for the on-boarding of union new-hires. • Administration of team member benefits for non-union employees. • Partnering with leaders in employee-relations issues. • Preparing termination measures for exiting employees, including calculating final paychecks and terminating benefits. • Responsible for pre-employment background searches and drug screenings. • Reporting on-the-job injuries and working with insurance carrier to resolve workers’ compensation claims. • Special projects: troubleshooting to improve existing time-tracking and self-service systems, involved in benefit plan renewal, assisted in implementation of Ceridian HR/Payroll Web system
