Daily Duties at Precision Framing Systems:
Solely responsible for weekly and semi-monthly payrolls. Coordinate with Administrative Assistant for the on-boarding of union new-hires. Administration of team member benefits for non-union employees. Partnering with leaders in employee-relations issues. Preparing termination measures for exiting employees, including calculating final paychecks and terminating benefits. Responsible for pre-employment background searches and drug screenings. Reporting on-the-job injuries and working with insurance carrier to resolve workers compensation claims. Special projects: troubleshooting to improve existing time-tracking and self-service systems, involved in benefit plan renewal, assisted in implementation of Ceridian HR/Payroll Web system
