Director of Sales/Marketing and 2 Sales Managers •Researched and tentatively held space for various functions based on event size, date and availability in AmericasMart Reservation System •Executed contracts, provided client correspondence and event assistance •Created sales kits, files, folders and memos; answered and screened several phones lines •Created expense reports and check requests on JDEdwards •Communicated with Sales Mgrs., Event Coordinators and Operations during events via radio
