•Managed, entered and updated exhibitor profiles and financials for seven yearly Apparel Markets in EMS and Sales Logix •Served as the main contact for new and existing exhibitors; overseeing all facets of exhibitor correspondence, providing impeccable customer service •Processed booth payments of $200-$350,000 per show, verified credit cards and reconciled account balances for show close-outs •Followed up with sales leads generated via phone calls and emails; solicit booth space sales •Coordinated and completed multiple projects in a deadline driven environment •Executed exhibitor and financial reports, maintaining daily/wkly communication with various internal departments and outside vendors (Marketing, Publishing, Decorating Company and Registration) •Executed exhibitor prospectus mailings, confirmation packets, booth set-up and other show related information •Solicited marketing events to boost show revenue
