Daily Duties at Compressed Air Power:

· Converted out-dated accounting system per guidelines provided. Responsible for inventory maintenance and processing reports. Processed and tracked BOM (Bill of Materials) and assembly of products used in rebuilding and refurbishing of products. Calculated Physical inventory validation. Changed PDQ Report to match needs of company. Responsible for PO (Purchase Order) entry and processing to records. Set up serialized part inventory for company to track installed base business. Calculated federal and state income tax payable, quarterly withholdings tax reports, and employee wages for W-2’s. Filed year-end reports and returns. Generated W-2’s and sent copies to the appropriate Federal and state authorities.
