Daily Duties at Barry University :
assist in performing high level administrative functions through facilitating the accomplishment of the work of a major administrative office. ? Provide students in need of portfolio preparation services the information and materials in order to organize a professional portfolio. ? Serve as Administrative Information Systems/Division of Information Technology Liaison. ? Prepare office manual, setting forth necessary elements of procedure, policy, rules and regulations for efficient operation. ? Generate statistical reports in Excel and SPSS for portfolio quarterly and yearly submission. ? Supervise student assistants and implement human relations skills. ? Create prospective publications in Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
